Public Address Announcements
Public address announcements were made prior to and during each event to a captive audience.

Schedule Posters
Schedule posters for each motorsports venue were produced and distributed throughout the community, placed in high traffic locations, such as restaurants, bars, and gas stations.

You’ve Been Ticketed
Alliance worked with local law enforcement officials to implement a You’ve Been Ticketed campaign at the motorsports venues.  As fans arrived to the racetrack, seatbelt use was checked.  Fans caught wearing their seatbelts were “ticketed” with a voucher for a free t-shirt.

Engagements
Interactive activities, such as a selfie station, were set up on-site to increase opportunities for exposure and engagement. The selfie station allowed fans that were attending the event to have a picture taken with a commemorative border. This picture was automatically uploaded to social media to gain exposure online, as well.
